I didn't know that Google Wave had extensions available to make the service more useful. Now I do, and so do you. Check them out by clicking on Extensions in the navigation panel.
You can't just head out to the grocery store unprepared and expect to be happy about things when you get home. You have to be prepared. There are several websites that can, if not assure victory, at least make it more likely. This one I think does a very good job.
Most of us know about zipped files, and we have one of several possible free unzip utilities installed that can extract them. But what happens when you download a file that's been compressed using the rar extension? Do you either have to discard the download or buy the appropriate utility? Nope. Just get RarMonkey.
