Google+ - Got my invite, but who else is out there?

The reviews so far are very positive. Google+ could be a Facebook problem in the near future. Circles and Hangouts? What's not to like. Only problem so far is that my Google+ world is seriously underpopulated and I don't even have any invitations to send out. Sigh.
