How to Choose a New Laptop

Personally, I like the power and size of a desktop machine. Large, dual (at least) screens, a nice big keyboard that keeps me from having to twist my wrists into the cramped configuration demanded by laptops. I know, I know, you can stick a laptop into a port replicator and have all that, but I can do without the hassle and extra cost. For those of you who have a small frame and need to take your machine with you wherever you go, a laptop is fine. But how to choose? Computer Tips for Everybody has a great post with some helpful hints.
